Abstrakt: This article discusses the use of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in patients who have undergone pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) and developed biliopancreatic complications. The study, conducted over a 10-year period, included 133 patients who underwent a total of 296 endoscopic procedures. The results showed that the use of a pediatric colonoscope in ERCP procedures was safe and effective in treating these complications, with a high rate of technical and clinical success. However, there were some adverse events reported, particularly in septic patients. The study also found that a small percentage of patients experienced recurrence of the index disease during follow-up. [Extracted from the article]
