Abstrakt: This article presents a case study of a 63-year-old male patient who developed a recto-urethral fistula after undergoing Robot-Assisted Radical Prostatectomy (RARP) for prostate cancer. The patient was treated using a novel endoscopic transrectal suturing technique, which involved using the Apollo OverStitch SxTM Endoscopic Suturing System to close the fistula. The procedure was successful, with no recurrence of symptoms during the 11-month observation period. The article concludes that while this technique showed positive results, further research is needed to determine its overall effectiveness. [Extracted from the article]
