Abstrakt: This article, published in the journal Endoscopy, presents a case study of a 59-year-old male who underwent a colonoscopy and was found to have a large ulcerated colonic lipoma causing intussusception. The authors describe a one-step approach using an underwater technique to unroof and enucleate the lesion, which allowed for complete resolution and confirmed the benign nature of the lesion. The article provides a video demonstrating the procedure. This technique offers a safe and effective treatment option for subepithelial lipomas. [Extracted from the article]
