| Abstrakt: |
This article discusses a study on the technical feasibility and outcomes of a modified peroral endoscopic myotomy (Z-POEM) for Zenker's diverticulum. The study compared three variations of the procedure, including a tunnel-free technique, a single tunnel technique, and a standard technique. The results showed that all variations were successful in relieving symptoms, but the tunnel-free technique significantly shortened the duration of the procedure by approximately 15 minutes. The authors concluded that the tunnel-free technique is the preferred procedure at their hospital. [Extracted from the article] |
