Abstrakt: This article presents a retrospective analysis of endoscopic treatment outcomes for biliary leaks following pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). Biliary leaks are challenging complications associated with increased morbidity and mortality. The study found that endoscopic management was a viable and effective approach for treating biliary leaks, with a technical success rate of 100% and a clinical success rate of 92%. Early intervention was associated with shorter treatment duration, emphasizing the importance of prompt endoscopic approach in these cases. The study suggests further exploration of endoscopic techniques to improve outcomes after PD. [Extracted from the article]
