Abstrakt: This article discusses the impact of a structured capsule endoscopy (CE) training program on CE proficiency. The study included 57 participants who performed pretraining and posttraining assessments using the Capsule Endoscopy Training Assessment (CETA) tool. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' mean CETA score after training, with 87.7% of participants achieving the posttraining learning goal. The study also found that participants with previous experience in flexible endoscopic techniques and CE had higher pretraining scores but did not significantly differ in posttraining scores compared to those without experience. Overall, the study suggests that the CE training program was beneficial in improving CE proficiency, particularly for less experienced participants. [Extracted from the article]
