Abstrakt: This article, published in the journal Endoscopy, describes a case of an 86-year-old male patient with a severe duodenal perforation. The patient underwent a conservative approach with percutaneous drainage and endoscopic management, but duodenal stents were unsuccessful. The authors then decided to use the OverStitch system to close the pylorus and create a new enteric anastomosis with a USE-Gastroenterostomy (USE-GE). The procedure was successful in maintaining the patient's enteral nutrition. The article includes a video demonstrating the pyloric exclusion procedure. [Extracted from the article]
