Abstrakt: The article discusses the feasibility of a new technique called the Clip with Line Pulley Securing (CLiPS) for closing mucosal defects after gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). The study involved 34 patients who underwent gastric ESD and found that the CLiPS technique had a 100% success rate and complete closure rate. The procedure was performed without any complications, and there were no cases of delayed bleeding or perforation. The authors suggest that further validation of the CLiPS technique in other organs is planned for the future. [Extracted from the article]
