This article discusses the use of the SpyGlass-DS device for cholangiopancreatoscopy in a Spanish tertiary hospital. The study included 124 examinations performed on 108 patients between July 2016 and October 2023. The results showed high technical and clinical success rates, with a good safety profile. However, the histology results revealed suboptimal outcomes. The study provides valuable insights into the efficacy and safety of cholangiopancreatoscopy using the SpyGlass-DS device in a Spanish tertiary center. [Extracted from the article] |
