Abstrakt: This article discusses a study that compared the feasibility and effectiveness of a new portable probe called the EndoSound Vision System (N-EUS) with conventional endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) in terms of identifying anatomical structures. The study included 31 patients who underwent both conventional EUS and N-EUS procedures. The results showed that N-EUS was able to identify structures such as the liver, gallbladder, common bile duct, pancreas, kidneys, and adrenal gland with high accuracy. The study concluded that N-EUS is a safe and effective tool for EUS evaluation, and that prior training may be necessary for first-time N-EUS users. [Extracted from the article]
