Abstrakt: A study conducted at Tepecik Education and Research Hospital in Izmir, Turkey, examined patients with late recurrence endometrial cancer. The study found that among patients with late metastases, those with endometrioid type endometrial cancer had a better prognosis. The location of the recurrence (locoregional or extrapelvic) did not significantly affect survival rates, but surgical resection was shown to increase survival rates. The study provides valuable insights into the characteristics and prognosis of patients with late recurrence endometrial cancer. [Extracted from the article]
