Abstrakt: |
We propose in this paper a vertex-centered finite volume scheme that can efficiently handle the dominant advection in resolving parabolic problems. This scheme offers significant improvements in accuracy and computational efficiency, making it a promising approach to air quality problems. Numerical experiments are developed to validate the enhanced performance of the scheme in comparison to other two-node schemes for dominant advection in both steady and unsteady problems, whether for pure advection problems or those involving both advection and diffusion.
