Abstrakt: This article presents a case study of a woman with primary antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), a rare autoimmune disease that affects blood vessels. The patient in the study had a condition called proliferative ischaemic retinopathy, which caused blockages in the blood vessels of her eyes. The article discusses the diagnosis and treatment of the patient, as well as the long-term stability she has experienced after seven years of follow-up.
