Abstrakt: This letter discusses the potential role of exercise in the reverse cholesterol transport (RCT) process in cancer patients. The RCT process is responsible for transporting cholesterol from the blood to the liver, and it has been found to be involved in cancer by regulating cell cholesterol. The letter highlights the key molecules involved in cholesterol efflux and their impact on tumor growth. The effects of exercise on the RCT process in cancer conditions have not been fully investigated, and further research is needed to understand the relationship between exercise and cancer.
