Abstrakt: The article focuses on centralizing and automating the reconstitution of non-toxic drugs in hospital pharmacies. It highlights the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) associated with this approach. It reports that centralization and automation have the potential to reduce medication errors, enhance efficiency, improve patient safety, and reduce microbiological risks. It reports challenges such as logistic optimization, regulatory costs.
