Abstrakt:	A new study conducted by researchers at the University of Porto in Portugal explores alternative treatments for non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC). The researchers propose a combined photothermal and chemotherapeutic approach using MoS[2] nanosheets as a photothermal agent. The study found that the MoS[2] + Tegafur hydrogels led to a decrease in cancer cell metabolic activity, indicating a combined effect of photothermal and chemotherapy.
