Abstrakt:	A research study conducted at the National University of Medical Sciences in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, aimed to determine the role of dapagliflozin in improving the functional status and health-related quality of life in patients with acute heart failure. The study involved 150 hospitalized adult patients who were randomly assigned to either receive dapagliflozin in addition to conventional therapy or conventional therapy alone. The results showed that early initiation of dapagliflozin was associated with significant improvement in health and functional status.
