Abstrakt: A study conducted by researchers at the University of Texas Medical Branch aimed to evaluate the quality, reliability, and usefulness of medical information on postpartum depression (PPD) on Facebook. The study analyzed 69 videos on Facebook and found that videos produced by healthcare providers and health organizations had higher quality and reliability scores, but lower engagement from users. On the other hand, videos from independent users, news channels, and television clips had lower quality and reliability scores, but higher engagement. The study suggests the need for healthcare providers to collaborate with content creators to improve the quality of PPD information on social media platforms like Facebook.
