Abstrakt: A recent study conducted in Gujarat, India aimed to measure the prevalence of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) among young female medical students. The study enrolled 308 participants and found that 11.7% of them had confirmed PCOS according to the Rotterdam criteria. The study also found that irregular menses and hirsutism were significantly associated with PCOS.
