Abstrakt:	This article, published in the Arab Journal of Interventional Radiology, discusses a pilot study that explores the use of subtraction CT iodine mapping as a diagnostic tool for endoleak, a complication of endovascular aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR). The study compares iodine mapping with traditional triple-phase CT angiography in detecting endoleak. The results show that iodine mapping is a useful adjunct in the diagnosis of endoleak, particularly in complex cases.
