This article examines the factors influencing the adoption of digital payment methods by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Manado City, Indonesia. The study finds that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and social influence all play a role in MSMEs' attitudes towards digital payment adoption. The research suggests that strategies targeting these factors can help increase acceptance and usage of digital payment methods by MSMEs, and stakeholders can use these findings to develop policies and support programs for expanding digital payment penetration in the MSME sector. The study also highlights the benefits of digital payments for business management and sustainability. [Extracted from the article] |
