Abstrakt: |
This article discusses the challenges faced by Rivers State-owned universities in Nigeria in implementing post-COVID-19 reforms. It emphasizes the importance of change and innovation management in successfully adopting digital learning platforms and innovative pedagogical approaches. The study finds that while the adoption of digital learning platforms improves implementation, there are still obstacles such as limited internet connectivity and resistance to change among staff members. The study recommends investing in digital infrastructure, providing professional development programs, and addressing staff concerns to ensure the successful implementation of reforms.
