The article provides a financial feasibility analysis of the Cenderawasih University Teaching Hospital building project in Papua. The study examines the project's viability using various methods and includes a literature review of similar studies. The analysis shows that the project is financially feasible and profitable, with positive values for NPV, BCR, and IRR.
