Abstrakt:	This article, published in the Qatar Medical Journal, presents a case series on acute fibrinous and organizing pneumonia (AFOP). AFOP is a unique response to acute lung injury characterized by interalveolar fibrin and organizing pneumonia. The article describes three cases of AFOP, including the symptoms, diagnostic procedures, and treatment outcomes.
