The article examines an audit conducted by BPJS Health on the coding of claims at RSUP Prof. Dr. I. G. N. G. Ngoerah Denpasar. The audit aims to ensure compliance with health insurance obligations. The research reveals that discrepancies in coding can result in financial losses, highlighting the need for accurate data processing. The hospital has responded by providing training and implementing monitoring and verification processes. The article also discusses hospitalization rates and transitional provisions related to health service tariffs in Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of accurate coding for national health insurance claims.
