Bibliometric study on electronic commerce in Indonesia.

Abstrakt: This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of e-commerce in Indonesia by analyzing related academic literature and using bibliometric analysis. Data for the study were obtained from the Scopus database, and a total of 534 articles were identified. The Collaboration Index, a measure of collaboration between research groups or researchers, was found to be relatively low to moderate at 2.77. The research by Rahayu et al. (2017) attracted the most attention, with 113 citations on Scopus; it concentrated on the use of e-commerce by small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in developing nations, with a particular emphasis on Indonesia. Bina Nusantara University was the most prolific affiliate in e-commerce research, and the IOP Conference Series Materials Science and Engineering was the most commonly used publisher by Indonesian authors. The findings of this study offer an overview of the research done on e-commerce in Indonesia, as well as highlight the trend of research done on research on purchase intention and trust in e-commerce.
