Abstrakt: The IoT can be defined as a system that is a network or physical object contained with various embedded technologies through which one can communicate or interact with internal states or external environment. The Internet of Things (IoT) may provide several advantages to individual and organizational performance, but, like with other technological adoptions, it may also present unexpected dangers and need significant organizational reforms. For businesses, IoT is more than just a term; it is a rising trend, a tried-and-true strategy, and a cutting-edge technology. Organizations using IoT reach a tipping point, but they may also confront a variety of technical and management obstacles. Depending on whether you are the industry's first or second pioneers, you will face a variety of obstacles. As a result, the impact of installing conducting IoT will differ. Meanwhile, no research has been conducted to examine the influence of IoT adoption on employee and business performance. This research aims to fill that need. Internally, we want to understand managers' or shareholders' perspectives on performance once businesses have implemented IoT. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
