Abstrakt: Although there has been a high level of studies that have been done on traffic management systems, smart traffic monitoring is still a hot study topic due to the emergence of new technologies and the internet of Things (IoT) & digital marketing that are making their way into the mainstream. It is hoped that the combination of these technologies would make it easier to develop methods for improved judgment and to promote urban development. There are, however, just a few studies that have concentrated on collector roadways and restricted institutions, and the majority of current traffic forecast techniques are devoted to highway & urban traffic management. Furthermore, getting out to the general public and creating active relationships with them in order to help them in judgment is difficult when the consumers do not have access to any smart gadgets. In the modern environment, smart traffic management systems are technological solutions that municipalities may incorporate into existing traffic cabinets and junctions to provide rapid and cost-effective improvements in traffic safety and flow on their local streets. Furthermore, implementing these systems today, or updating your city's existing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) facilities, can result in significant cost savings & efficiencies, as well as a significant improvement in system dependability, all of which have a positive return on investment. Using sensors, cameras, cellular routers, and automation, these systems monitor and autonomously guide traffic in order to minimize massive traffic jams. The appropriate technological solution may be expanded to any size and updated in a simple manner at any point in the future. At the same time, these technological solutions are preparing Smart Cities for future technological progressions, such as the connected vehicle and the complete implementation of 5G network infrastructure.
