| Abstrakt: |
The findings provided by this study tried to clear the uncertainty among the practitioners about the importance of Innovation Capability (IC) within their firms. The results show the importance of Innovation Capability on Management Innovation (MI) practices in ensuring that Sustainable performance are achieved and improved. The Management Innovation (MI) practices is essential to provide important results for manufacturing firms to establish vital decision making towards their firm performance especially when they are considering the important element of innovation in their pactices. MI depends on innovation capability to employ and exploit ideas for modifying and improving firm innovativeness, and thus providing better performance in terms of new product development or services, increased market share, better quality, flexibility, production capacity, lower costs and compliance with environmental and legal requirements. The study also revealed that dimensions of MI practices and Innovation Capability explained Sustainable Performance. Thus, the existing MI practices alone are insufficient to enhance the improvement in sustainable performance. The combination of MI practices and Innovation Capability are needed and crucial for the effectiveness of the firm in managing their own resources and capabilities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
