Abstrakt: This research was conducted to study the suitability of digital application in the teaching and learning processes involving the Institute of Teacher Education's graduates, especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation is focused on the digital application which serves as a facilitator in the teachings of history subject, in line with the goal of enhancing students' abilities to justify the importance of protecting the national sovereignty. In regard to the research question that emphasizes the students' capability to justify 6 significances of protecting the national sovereignty, they would use HARLi's-M as an interactive medium in History subject. The selection of game-based learning medium is aimed at enforcing disciplinary knowledge concepts in History subject which include cognitive and behavioral aspects. Apart from that, it could also lead to creative and critical thinking as well as boosting motivation in a fun learning environment. The constructivism theory by Mayer (2004) was used as the guidelines in developing the HARLi's -M, as it is aligned with the development of knowledge structure through experience as well as individual interpretation towards the environment and social. In addition, Needham's (1987) 5-Phase Constructivism Model and Backward Design Model (Wiggins & McTighe) were also used as references in determining the learning outcome. Apart from that, they were also helpful in ascertaining how the learning designed being aligned as well as how the graduates' performance being measured. HARLi's-M will be evaluated by 10 external reviewers based on two questions: - firstly, how far the application could assist the teacher education graduates in justifying the importance of safeguarding the national sovereignty? Secondly, what are the elements that could be considered to further improve the application? The findings will then be analyzed via a combined quantitative research design in order to obtain an intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). This is to measure the application's reliability index derived from the evaluation by the 10 experts together with the qualitative design which would support the findings. In conclusion, this application's reliability index is within the moderate range according to the quantitative analysis and the researcher will refine this interactive based on the experts' evaluation in order to benefit all students particularly those studying History subjects at the Institute of Teacher Education.
