Abstrakt: The article explores implicit ageism in older adults and its relationship with subjective well-being (SWB), aiming to understand how older adults perceive their own age group. Through a study involving older Japanese participants, it was found that higher SWB was associated with fewer implicit ageist attitudes, suggesting that promoting well-being among older adults may contribute to reducing ageism within their communities.
