Statement of the problem and its relevance. Today, our armed forces face the urgent question of strengthening morale, psychological state and strong military discipline in times of resistance to the Russian invasion. Moral education is one of the factors and an integral component of ensuring the activities of the troops. Personal culture is not just a reflection of society’s culture, but an element of it. At the same time, it is the degree of personality development that reflects his needs, social qualities and behavior style. The culture of communication between officers and soldiers, in particular, is a manifestation of general culture in the conditions of social interaction in a military environment, it is a complex system of ideas, beliefs and values that characterizes the level of personality development of a person as a military specialist. Analysis of previous studies. Recently, research has been conducted in which the solution of the specified problem has been initiated, which touch on aspects of the theory of leadership of officers (sergeants): M. I. Dyachenko, L. E. Merzlyak, E. F. Osypenkov studied the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the commander’s activity; V. I. Vdovyuk, D. M. Kotseruba, H. P. Kryvosheya, V. K. Lutsenko, O. H. Romanovskyi, G. G. Shevchenko studied leadership in the military team; O. K. Makovsky - formation of leadership qualities of officers, etc. To solve the tasks of our research, interesting contemporary scientific works of O. V. Boyka, V. V. Yagupov [3; 4; 5; 13], which reveal the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the communication of military leaders, etc., as well as American scientists, such as: D. Crandall, T. A. Coldits, D. M. Melon, who studied the problems of leadership formation in the process of professional training of military specialists [4; 5; 13]. The purpose and tasks of the study. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive, reliable study of the moral and ethical culture of communication of the military leader in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a factor in the formation of a high moral and psychological spirit.
