This article discusses three different interventions implemented in various healthcare settings to improve patient care and outcomes. The first intervention focuses on increasing referrals for organ transplantation by utilizing electronic health records (EHR) to identify eligible patients and streamline the referral process. The second intervention involves implementing standardized multidisciplinary rounds (MDR) to reduce length of stay (LOS) in hospitals. The third intervention describes the use of a discharge reception area (DRA) to improve patient flow and expedite discharges.
