Abstrakt: This document is a report on the 2022 Vizient Connections Summit, focusing on driving quality in medical documentation. The report discusses the implementation of HRO huddles, which have led to improvements in staff engagement scores and cooperation across departments. The report also highlights the importance of improving medical documentation to enhance team communication and patient safety. The intervention details include the implementation of a multipronged strategy, such as developing guiding principles, creating a rubric for grading documentation, redesigning templates, and utilizing artificial intelligence.
