The article focuses on the development of a novel polymer-ceramic nano composite graft with BMP for critical-sized bone defects in maxillofacial trauma patients. Topics discussed include the fabrication process using chitosan-gelatin-nanohydroxyapatite with polycaprolactone, evaluation of physical characteristics via SEM analysis, and assessment of bone formation through micro computed tomography and histomorphometry. |
