Load as a based in design of devices or product. Loading affects stress distribution in the structure. Analyzed distribution is important in the design because it is based on success for the construction performance. Developing and producing a product does not involve stress in the construction of simple devices. The result of the study can help to decide the dimension and materials for ladle and other parts. This study discussed stress distribution based on a simulation analysis. Load data was decided 0,25 % form maximum material strength. The dimension of ladle and hand lift device was based on calculation. The focus of discussion was stress, displacement, and strain. The highest stress magnitude was 388 Mpa when analyzed based on the zz side. The highest displacement occurs in the tip of the horizontal element and the magnitude is around 1 mm; this was analyzed based on the X axis. Strain occurs in the upside of both horizontal elements near the corner joint when analyzed through the yy side. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
