Quality of internet networks is very important to perform online study continuously. Provided bandwidth number and number of connected Personal Computers to the network, type of activity, duration when using network are some components can determine network quality when it is used. In one Senior High School in Riau Province, every user often experienced a bad quality of internet network. Therefore, the aim of research is to identify the quality of its network by using QoS Parameters such as Throughput, Delay and Packet Loss based on TIPHON. From 15-users in five-days, results of the research show that every day Throughput average from 843.84 KBps upto 1,087 KBps, Index 2 and Category is Average. Packet Loss average is 4.83% upto 7.58%, in Index 3 and Category is Good. Delay average around 135.7 ms upto 189.47 ms, in Index 3 and 4, whereas Category are Good and Very Good, respectively. In general, Quality of Service values in five days from average of all Throughput, Packet Loss, and Delay values from 15 users are Unsatisfied when using internet network in this school. Based on these results, Bandwidth Management can be chosen to improve Quality of Service in this school, hence every user can get a better quality of internet network, send a data packet from each user to be maximized, packet loss and delay can be smaller as well.
