This document is a correction notice for an article titled "A review of dialogue systems: current trends and future directions" published in the journal Neural Computing & Applications. The correction addresses an error in the affiliation details of one of the authors, Moataz Ahmed. The original article incorrectly listed his affiliation as the Department of Computer Science at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, when it should have been the Information and Computer Science Department at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
