| Abstrakt: | A recent report discusses research findings on Wilms' tumor, a malignant pediatric tumor that originates from embryological precursors of renal parenchyma. The report highlights a case of a 3-year-old girl who presented with cough and weight loss, and was diagnosed with nephroblastoma with lung metastasis. The girl underwent combined therapy but unfortunately relapsed one year later. This study provides valuable insights into the presentation and treatment of Wilms' tumor with lung metastasis.
