Researchers from the Hainan Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University conducted a study to analyze the factors influencing the experience of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations and the psychological status of patients. They surveyed 206 patients at two hospitals in Haikou City and found that the provision of earplugs during the examination and the environmental logistics experience received the lowest scores for patient examination services. The study also revealed a positive correlation between the examination experience and the examination service experience of the patients. Factors such as poor service attitude, examination site, and income were found to significantly affect the MRI examination experience and psychological status of patients. The researchers suggest that improvements can be made by providing information, enhancing the waiting environment, providing targeted patient education, and evaluating the experience immediately.
