Abstrakt:	A new report presents fresh data on Alzheimer's Disease (AD), a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by memory loss and cognitive impairment. The report focuses on a biological model known as ICV-STZ, which reproduces the physiopathological hallmarks of AD in rats. The researchers used mass spectrometry to analyze protein abundance and identified dysregulated biological pathways implicated in the early stages of late-onset Alzheimer's disease.
