Abstrakt: This article presents the findings of a population-based study conducted in Ontario and British Columbia, Canada, on pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (PoMS). The study found that the incidence rate of PoMS remained stable between 2003 and 2019, while the prevalence increased over time. The study highlights the need for appropriate resource allocation to support the growing PoMS population.
