Abstrakt: The high conductivity silicone rubber prepared by filling silicone rubber with silver plated aluminum powder was studied, and the environmental adaptability of high conductive silicone rubber was analyzed by comparing the performance of the initial and the airborne equipment in the environmental tests. The results show that the high temperature, low temperature, temperature shock, humid heat, salt spray mold, acidic atmosphere, ozone and solar irradiation are nondestructive on the density and hardness of the high conductive silicone rubber. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the rubber decreases after solar irradiation and ozone environment. After 56 days solar irradiation, the surface resistance increases from 0. 028 to 0. 156 Ω, and the electrical performance decreases significantly. Therefore, when designing and using the highly conductive silicone rubber filled with silver-coated aluminum powder, it is necessary to reserve a margin for its conductivity to meet the durability requirements of the equipment.
