However, the business performance of small entrepreneur is still not encouraging in Malaysia. This study was carried out to see the business performance of small businesses under the guidance of the agency. There are 3 agencies involved in this study, namely the Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN), the Small and Medium Enterprises Corporation (SME Corp.) and Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). This study uses a quantitative approach that is by using a questionnaire. A total of 60 small entrepreneur respondents consisting of 20 respondents from the INSKEN agency, 20 respondents from the Sme Corp agency. and another 20 respondents from the Mara agency have answered this questionnaire. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) software. The analysis of the study is using descriptive analysis which is mean average and One Way ANOVA. The study found that all three agencies have positive significance. The results of the study show that SME Corp and INSKEN have a high significant relationship in financial performance and MARA and SME Corp have the highest significant relationship in non-financial performance. Therefore, the performance of small businesses has a better performance with the presence of a guiding agency compared to small traders who do not have agency guidance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
