A general formulation of the problem of determining the SSS of a cylindrical and conical inclusion and a boundary layer of a matrix located in an elastic space heated to a certain constant or variable temperature is given. An analytical solution of the problem is obtained and numerical experimental studies are carried out using the finite element method. Plots of distribution along the inclusion are constructed, extremal values of reduced shear and normal stresses are determined. It is shown that the presence of a heat flow through a heat-shielding wall with a foreign inclusion in the form of a thin rigid highly thermally conductive rod leads to a local field of internal thermoelastic stresses, which can be determined by the formulas proposed in this section below. During heating and cooling of the matrix with the inclusion of the type of rectilinear cylindrical rod of finite length, the maximum normal stress is achieved in the center of the rod, and the shear stress is achieved in the boundary layer of the matrix near the ends of the rod. Qualitative and quantitative estimates of the SSS of a cylindrical inclusion and matrix are given, and the lengths of elastic-plastic zones are determined. The results of the numerical experimental studies of reductions in the form of SSS diagrams. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
