The uniformity and lack of innovation in the field of production and presentation of literary works causes its artistic and aesthetic exhaustion and the decline of literature, in a long run.; Accordingly, literary genres need innovation in various aspects to maintain attractiveness, dynamism, and ultimate impact and, as the matter of fact, have to build their materials by using new techniques. Viktor Shkolovsky describes this renewal and movement towards beautification based on new and audience-friendly criteria as defamiliarization He tends to believe that the writer should present his writing in a new way with help of aesthetic and artistic arrangements. The present study tries to analyze the creativity of the contemporary Palestinian writer "Samira Azzam" in presenting this basic element by examining the different levels of the structure and the creativity desired by the formalists at the thematic level. Surveys show that she has succeeded in many of her stories by using innovative and deconstructive tricks such as meta-narrative tricks, selecting masculine concepts, and narrating them in an emotional atmosphere, violating the principles of conventional traditional structure, creative and combined use of abandoned types while opening a new window on storytelling of his time, influencing the theme and presenting it to the reader in an original way.
