Abstrakt: The article presents a digital decision support technique for deriving compromise rules for the water level management of Lake Baikal and the Angara River cascade of reservoirs. The proposed technique is based on interactive Pareto front visualization, which helps users find an efficient compromise between conflicting demands and validating the decision resulting from the compromise. The compromise cascade management rule developed using the technique satisfies all key demands and can be used as reference for developing state directives concerning management of water resources of the Angara River basin.
