Abstrakt: | A recent study conducted by the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Craiova in Romania aimed to evaluate the dynamics of angiogenic and oxidative stress mediator levels in pregnant women with suspected or confirmed preeclampsia. The study found that 33.33% of pregnant women with a specific ratio displayed a rise in the ratio in subsequent weeks, indicating a potential risk for developing preeclampsia. The researchers also identified a correlation between oxidative stress mediator levels and angiogenic mediator levels, suggesting that these factors could be used as predictors for preeclampsia. This study provides valuable insights into the understanding and prediction of preeclampsia in pregnant women. [Extracted from the article] |
