Abstrakt: A recent study conducted by Kharazmi University in Tehran, Iran, explored the effects of neck stabilization and thoracic mobility exercises on females with non-specific chronic neck pain. The study involved 36 participants who were divided into three groups: one group performed neck stabilization exercises, another group performed neck stabilization exercises with thoracic mobility, and the control group received corrective exercises. The results showed that both intervention groups experienced significant improvements in disability, range of motion, and muscular endurance compared to the control group. Additionally, the second intervention group showed greater improvements in range of motion and muscular endurance compared to the first intervention group. The study concluded that neck stabilization and thoracic mobilization exercises can be effective interventions for improving the symptoms of non-specific chronic neck pain in females.
