Abstrakt: | Researchers from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University in China have published findings on the pathogenesis of primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG). PACG is a common cause of blindness and is characterized by angle closure in the eye. The research suggests that the pathogenesis of PACG is not only related to abnormal ocular anatomy but also to ocular dynamics, genetic factors, and psychophysiologic stressors. The article aims to provide guidance for clinical work and support early diagnosis and treatment options for glaucoma. [Extracted from the article] |
